These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk1997 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk1997 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and ancillary services made available through the website at https://tk1997.ws and any associated mobile applications (collectively, "the Platform").

• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the Platform. Only one account per person, household, device, and payment method is permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any other person.
• You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, to the extent you have a legal obligation to determine such prohibition.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. tk1997 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend your account pending verification.

Account registration is free of charge. tk1997 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an account. You may only have one account in operation at any time. If a duplicate account is detected, tk1997 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus balances accrued across those accounts.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tk1997 does not accept foreign currency deposits and will not perform any currency conversion on your behalf.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and tk1997 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method selected. VIP members enjoy elevated transaction limits as part of their tier benefits.

Deposits credited via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically reflected in your account balance within thirty seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours depending on the issuing institution. tk1997 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which tk1997 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team within two hours of submission for standard accounts and within thirty minutes for Platinum and Diamond VIP tier members. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. You may only withdraw funds to an account or wallet registered in your own name.

tk1997 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment instrument used on the Platform before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where additional verification is required to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.

tk1997 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be converted into withdrawable funds. For example, a deposit bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place qualifying bets totalling ৳20,000 before any winnings attributable to that bonus can be withdrawn.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all tk1997 promotions:

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another player or used in any form of third-party betting arrangement.
• Free spin winnings are typically capped at a maximum amount stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Placing opposing bets (hedging) on the same event using bonus funds — whether within a single account or in coordination with other accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

tk1997 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect a player who has already fulfilled the eligibility criteria for that promotion and is in the process of completing its wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules governing that bet. Bets are accepted and binding only once a confirmation reference number has been issued to you by the Platform. tk1997 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, at its absolute discretion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet placement, tk1997's server-side records shall be the definitive record of all transactions. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the Company will credit back the stake for that incomplete round. Any winnings from a bet placed during or following a known technical fault may be voided.

Sports betting markets may be suspended or settled early in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport or competition. Void bets are returned as a stake refund. Abandoned events, where fewer than the minimum required minutes or overs of play have been completed (depending on the sport), will be treated as void unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors").
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Sharing login credentials with another person for the purpose of placing bets.
• Syndicate betting arrangements designed to exploit promotional offers across multiple accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tk1997 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk1997 support immediately by email at [email protected].

tk1997 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from tk1997 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

You agree to log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device. tk1997 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to log out or secure your device.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact email address remains active and monitored. Important account notifications, verification requests, and security alerts will be sent to your registered email. tk1997 will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to receive such notifications due to an outdated or inactive email address.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus terms.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve months.
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Where an account is closed by tk1997 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud is established, to retain the balance in full.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you may submit a formal complaint to tk1997 by emailing [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven business days.
